Natara has over thirty years of training and experience in Energy Medicine that includes Andean Energy Healing, Quantum Touch, Therapeutic Touch and complementary pathways to Healing. She has assisted people of all ages in her private practice as well as in hospitals, rehab facilities, clinics and retirement communities. Natara is known for her kind, generous and warm-hearted way of working with others.

She has taught workshops in Energy Healing, co-taught Andean Energy Tools for Healing and Vision and currently teaches “Journeying”, a form of meditation, where each person receives guidance and healing. She has also lectured, written and published articles on Health and Wellness, Energy Healing and Personal Transformation.

In 2005, Natara graduated from the Four Winds Society " Healing the Light Body" School, founded by Dr. Alberto Villoldo. She has recieved the Munay- Ki Rites and completed advanced training in Divination, Walking with Protection and Working with the Sacred.
Natara is a Full Mesa Carrier and learned the ancient healing practices and rituals of the Q'ero of Peru directly from them and Dr. Villoldo. She has received Andean Karpay Rites (energetic transmissions of the lineage) and healing practices from the Q'ero Elders Don Humberto Sonqo Quispe and the late Dona Bernadina Apaza Flores, known as the mystic couple of Peru.

Natara has also trained with Peruvian Medicine Man, Fredy Puma Quispe Singona from Chinchero, Peru - located in the Sacred Valley and recognized by the Incas as the birthplace of the rainbow. She is a Chakana Mesa Carrier in the Chinchero tradition. The Chakana Mesa holds sacred and powerful energies and practices for healing and transformation.

She has studied with Sandra Ingerman, Dr. Jean Houston, Jose Luis Herrera and John Perkins.

From the moment Natara received the first of the nine rites through the Q'ero and the Four Winds Society, Energy Healing of the Andes became her calling and a way of life.
Natara embraces ceremony and the retrieval of one's true nature as an essential part of healing and creating one's best life.
